Sheehan DeMichiei, LMT

Sheehan graduated in October 2010 from the Finger Lakes School of Massage. She believes that she has found her calling in the practice of therapeutic massage and its true ability to help each individual client.
Sheehan’s focus is Women’s Health with an emphasis on Prenatal work, and hopes to continue to grow more in that direction. Also, she has a firm grasp of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular work and many other modalities. In her sessions she pursues to create an atmosphere of healing and relaxation, a safe space where each client knows that they have helped shape the massage, and still have voice in the session. She is grateful for the opportunity to help others through massage and feels she can only grow in the profession.

Kelli Haun, LMT

Kelli offers a holistic approach to therapeutic massage. By integrating Swedish, connective tissue, trigger point, deep tissue, reflexology, and medical massage therapies, increased range of motion and relaxation are the goal with whole body health in mind for her practice.
Kelli also works in the chiropractic setting as an LMT and has experience with a variety of clientele. Kelli feels that massage therapy is both an art and a science and that each session with each client is a creative experience.

Bridgette Leto, LMT

Bridgette attended the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage (OSTM) in 2008, in hopes of being able to make a difference in others lives by way of massage. She truly feels she has found her calling.
Bridgette believes the benefits of such a treatment go beyond the surface of each particular client. It helps not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. She is willing to address each client's specific needs, whether it be for chronic pain, minor issues or relaxation. Bridgette feels her continued success is a result of always trying to improve and better herself in this field. Her goal is for each individual to obtain their desired results at the end of their session. Bridgette is happy to be able to bring massage into other peoples lives, and share this experience with them.

Suzanne Miller, LMT

Suzanne is a 2007 graduate of the Fingerlakes School of Massage. She is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist as well as being Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
Suzanne offers therapeutic massage focusing on chronic pain, repetitive motion injury and injury rehabilitation. She also believes in the benefit of regular massage as a tool for overall well-being, stress reduction and emotional health. Suzanne frequently attends continuing education classes to further her knowledge of massage and different bodywork techniques. In continuing to learn more about her craft she is better able to assist her clients.
In addition to providing massage Suzanne loves to offer her clients self-care tips to give them power to aid in their own recovery.

Charles Napolitano, LMT
|
Charles Napolitano is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist.
Charles has been practicing extensively in Internal Martial Arts that emphasize the development of Chi, such as Aikido, Tai Chi Chuan, and Bagua, which led him to the study of energy/body work and holistic health. In massage therapy, he studied Shiatsu with Grand Master, Wataru Ohashi, at the Ohashi Institute in NYC. He is also a graduate of Finger Lake School of Massage, where he further advanced his knowledge of various modalities and physiology. In addition, he has completed the Essential Certification training of Thai Yoga Massage from the Lotus Palm School.
Charles specializes in Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage, and is also wonderful in Connective Tissue, Swedish, and integrative massage. He feels each step in massage therapy brings deeper appreciation of human individual and community, and is grateful to be given the opportunity to practice meditation and metta (loving kindness) in his professional work.
Native of New York, he was raised in Argentina, and currently resides in Chenango County, surrounded by beautiful forests, rivers, wild life, family and friends, AKA “the good life”. |

Marta Parshall LMT
|
Marta graduated from the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts School of Massage in 1997. Received Shiatsu at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 1998. Initional Thai Massage training at Nayada Institute of Massage. Marta is an on going student at the Thai Institute of Healing Arts in Arlington, Virginia. Marta has been studying Thai Massage for 6 years and will continue with plans for further study in Thailand, summer of 2011.
Her background of gymnastics and Iyengar Yoga creates a wonderful and knowledgeable approach to Thai massage. Member of AMTA since 1996 and nationally certified in 1997.

John, a 2007 graduate of Finger Lakes School of Massage. Also certified in PKP (Professional Kinesiology Practitioner) PKP is a healing modality using manual muscle testing as the primary biofeedback device for locating muscle imbalances, sources of pain and inhibition of range of motion. It can also be used to detect and isolate specific allergens and can be used as a guide for nutritional needs.
Massage modalities include Swedish techniques, Trigger Point therapy, slow, deep tissue massage, TMJ therapy and Shiatsu massage.

Kristen attended Fingerlakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY.
As a newer Therapist she combines fresh ideas and techniques with an understanding of what is needed for balance in mind, body, and spirit. Kristen's massage modalities include Swedish, deep and connective tissue therapies, TMJ therapy, prenatal and medical massage.

Tracy Rickard
|
Tracy Rickard has been involved in the healing arts and bodywork for many years. Tracy has been practicing massage for 6 years, receiving her training from Finger Lakes School of Massage.
In 2007 she found a new fascination in Nutrition. She decided to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She is certified as a Holistic Health Coach working with clients on diet and lifestyle concerns.
Finally she added Yoga, by becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
Blending all three professions has been wonderful for Tracy. Her yoga classes are Kripalu based allowing individuals to have a personal experience by allowing them to breathe, relax, feel, and allow each student to open up to the power of yoga.

Christine Sawicki, LMT

There's nothing quite as sweet as massage for relieving the tension that we hold in our bodies from everyday stress. Massage and energy work can provide a sense of timelessness and space in which to experience true relaxation--fostering pain relief, healing and general wellness.
Christine integrates classic Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to help you experience your own relaxing space. In her individualized approach, your 60-minute massage might vary from 60 to 75 minutes.
As a Second-Level Reiki practitioner of the Usui tradition, Christine can integrate Reiki into your massage if you request it, or you may schedule a session for Reiki alone. Either way, this gentle-touch energy technique will enhance your relaxation experience and can help balance your energy.
Christine is a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage (Ithaca, New York) and has been licensed to practice in New York State since February, 2009. She has applied her skills in settings as varied as spas, medical massage and corporate chair massage events. Her interests for continuing education in bodywork include aromatherapy, kinesiology, anatomy and physiology. Christine is also studying part-time for a Master in Social Work degree at Binghamton University.

Lynne is a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York and Pennsylvania. A graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage, Lynne also is
Nationally Certified in Massage Therapy and Body Work. She is also a member of the Association of Regional Independent Massage Therapists.
Lynne's training and experience in the health care field has been a great asset to her as a massage therapist. Her style of massage integrates a combination of techniques tailored to my clients needs including Swedish, Shiatsu, Essential oils, Deep tissue, Trigger point, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
